The entire set is mostly T2 heavy asuran culture armor. The gloves are the radiant gauntlets we got from the achievement chest.
(Reminds me a whole lot of chaos gloves from gw1, and who doesn't love nostalgia?)
This set is amazing, because it changes colors without even using the dye system. It all depends on which zone you are in, what time of the day it is...it gives it little tints of different colors. Also...Drunken is really sexy in it.
